Who am I?
Some more information about me:
I found my passion for filmmaking in my junior year of high school when I wrote, directed, shot, and edited my very first award winning short, “Mad Max: Wasteland Warrior” and made a number of more videos in the same fashion. The passion I had for filmmaking was blossoming and inspired me to go to enroll in film school, which I since graduated from with a bachelors in film production. This was a significant transition for me; from a video maker to a filmmaker. It allowed me to work with a crew so I could grow my knowledge of each role individually. I was most drawn to cinematography and editing because of my passion for perfecting a film’s visual assets. I have shot, edited, and colored every film to my name.
On top of having worked with a camera and in a timeline, I also have worked as a freelance sound-mixer, which has been my main focus in film for the past few years. I have worked as a freelance sound-mixer on a number of feature films, shorts, documentaries, commercials, and a TV show. I have an ear for capturing quality sound that is crisp and cohesive with the story, as well as easy on the editor.
I consider myself skilled in all things technologically based, which is why these three roles align well with my passion and talents. I have been working on student projects and professional sets since 2021 and plan to support myself as a freelance AC, cinematographer, sound mixer, editor, and colorist in the future.
